2. What Is A Group Table And How Can I Join? 

A group table allows you to play together with your friends without being interrupted by any other users. You must first decide on a "table code". It can be anything you think of but we suggest you keep it simple so as to avoid mistakes. Make sure that all participants knows this table code .
Now follow these steps:

1. Start the Bestcasino software and connect using your normal username and password.
2. Click on Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat or Craps.
3. Select "Group table".
4. Enter the table code.
5. Click "Login"

All group members should follow exactly the same steps and soon you'll all be playing together. Please note that there is a limit of 3 players per table for Blackjack, Roulette and Craps, and up to 5 players for Baccarat.

3. How Can I Chat With Other Players At My Table? 

In order to use the chat function in the Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat or Craps simply click the chat button. The chat box will appear on your screen. Type in your text and press "enter". Please note that the other players will only see what you write if their chat box is open as well - or if you see the telephone icon vibrating. 
To close the chat box simply click the chat button again, or click on the upper right hand side X.

10. What Happens If I Am suddenly Disconnected From Casino On Net? 

Unfortunately, communication problems over the Internet may cause sudden disconnection. We have designed our software to cope with such incidents in a manner that protects our clients from unjustifiable loss, while eliminating the possibility of intentional disconnection and system abuse . 
For the specific rules of disconnection for each game click: Blackjack, Slots, Roulette, Video Poker, Baccarat, Craps. 

Blackjack 
If you are dealt twelve or more and the connection is terminated before the hand is finished, playing will continue with your hand, which will be considered a "stand". After re-connection you can see if you have won or lost the bet. Click on "history" in the Casino Lobby. 
If you are dealt eleven or less and the connection is terminated before the hand is finished, the bet is returned. Should a disconnection occur after a "Split", both hands will be treated according to the higher hand. For example: if the higher hand totals 12 or more, play continues with both hands, and after you re-connect you will see if you had won or lost the bet. If the higher hand totals 11 or less, the bet on both hands will be returned . 

Slot Machine 
Should a disconnection occur before pulling the lever but after a bet was placed, your bet will be returned. Should a disconnection occur after a bet was placed and the lever has been pulled, the play will continue. After you reconnect you will see if you had won or lost the bet. 

Roulette 
If you have already placed a bet and the connection was terminated before the ball lands, playing will continue. After reconnection you will see if you have won or lost the bet. Click on "history" which is on the Casino Lobby 
In certain cases which may occur during very slow communication, the roulette wheel may show the previous result, while a different result is displayed on the top of your screen, which is actually the correct result . 

Video Poker 
Should disconnection occur after the player has placed money in the credit box, but before selecting the amount of coins desired for the next round, the money is returned to the bankroll. 
Should a disconnection occur after the player placed a bet but before clicking the "deal/draw" button, the bet is returned to the bankroll. 
Should a disconnection occur after the player clicked on the "deal/draw" button, but before the player had a chance to select the cards to be held, the round is calculated as if the player had selected to hold all the cards. If that hand presented a winning combination, the player's bankroll is adjusted accordingly . 

Baccarat 
Should a disconnection occur throughout the game, your bet will be returned to your bankroll.

Craps 
If you have placed a bet but haven’t rolled the dice yet, your bet will be returned. 
If a disconnection occurs after the dice are rolled, all removable bets (bets that may be cancelled by the player) will be returned, with the exception of the bets which have a statistical advantage for the player (for example: a Don’t Pass Line bet when a point has already been established, or a Don’t Come bet after it was transferred to one of the points). 
After removable bets have been returned, the dice will be rolled automatically and playing will continue until all bets are cleared from the table. During this automatic session, some bets will be won and some will be lost according to the statistical outcome determined by 21winners’s random number generator. Your account will be credited automatically with winner-won bets.

11. How Come The Game Continued Before I Could Place A Bet? 

When playing on a Group or Public Table, you are sharing the table with other players. In order to keep the game speedy and to eliminate the possibility of one player holding up the whole table, we have set a default time period for placing a bet. If a player does not place a bet and click the "continue" button within this time, the game will continue without him and he will have to wait for the next round. If a bet was placed on the table but the "continue" button was not pressed within the default time, the bet is returned to the player's bankroll .

* for the following actions: "stand", "hit", "double" and "insurance" 
The default times provide plenty of time to place your bets in comfort, with time to spare. If you click "continue" as soon as you have finished placing your bet, the game will be speedy and enjoyable. However, if you feel that you didn't have enough time to place your bets, please choose a Private Table, where there are no default time limits - take all the time you want. On a Private Table, the game will not resume before you click the "Continue" button .

12. I've Placed A Bet On The Table But I Changed My Mind. How Do I Remove It? 

Blackjack and Baccarat: click and drag the chips from the table back to the stack - before you click continue. If you are playing on a Public or Group Table, this must be done before the default time has elapsed.
Slot machine: Click the "cash out" button. This will return the money from the "credit" box and the "bet" box back to your bankroll. This must be done before spinning the wheels. Please note that clicking "bet max" will spin the wheels automatically, so you will not be able to reverse your bet. 
Video Poker: Click the "Bail Out" button - before you click the "Deal/Draw" button.
Roulette: Click the right-hand mouse button while pointing the cursor to the bet you want to cancel. The chips in that spot will be returned to your bankroll - before you click continue. If you are playing on a Public or Group Table, this must be done before the default time has elapsed.
Craps: Please note that some bets are removable and some are not. Bets which are removable may be canceled by clicking the right-hand mouse button while pointing cursor at the bet you want to cancel.
